Email: in very large folders, Load Older under the list reaches mail older than what the list shows.
Email: the number of unread messages that aren't in the list is shown under it.
Add a logo to your email signature from your computer with Add Image.

Better protection for your information: on Android, screenshots and screen recordings can't be taken inside the app, and its content is hidden in the recent apps list.

Cancel while uploading a file: if you picked the wrong file, you can stop the upload without waiting for it to finish.
The weather card now shows the right forecast in many more provinces; where no forecast is available, it shows the nearest province.

Account deletion now uses a confirmation code sent to your email address; if you sign in with Google or Apple, you can delete your account without a password too.
On Android, pressing back by mistake no longer closes the app right away; you're asked whether you want to leave.
On IOS, edge swipe navigation: swipe from the left edge of the screen to go back and from the right edge to go forward.

Account deletion now uses a confirmation code sent to your email address; if you sign in with Google or Apple, you can delete your account without a password too.
If you sign in with a Google or Apple account that didn't share your name, we ask "How should we address you?": the name you enter is used in emails.
Buttons are now blue and unread email counters green, so there is less red on the screen. (Feedback)

Tyre Status and Wheel Alignment cards for vehicles: keep the last job, its date, the mileage, a note and the document.
Reminder info on the cards: tap the (i) icon to see how many days ahead you are reminded.
The Plans screen shows which store your subscription belongs to, so you are never charged by both stores.
Minor bug fixes.

New Tyre Status and Wheel Alignment cards on the vehicle page: keep the last job done (new tyres, front / rear rotation, winter or summer set), its date, the mileage, a note and the document. The cards send no reminders.
App Store and Google Play links at the bottom of the side menu.
The Plans page shows which store your subscription belongs to; if it renews through one store, plan changes are sent to that store. Prices are shown in USD in English.

A new Property Tax card on the property page: the May and November installments are tracked separately and you are reminded as the date approaches. Picking the payment date marks the installment as paid, and uploading the receipt is optional. If you have already paid this year's earlier installment, mark it as paid; you can mark a tax-exempt property on the Edit Property page. (Feedback)
A new Dues Day in Building Dues History: pick the day of the month and a reminder comes 5, 3 and 1 day before. No reminder comes once you have added that month's dues to the history.
You can upload the inspection report to the Vehicle Inspection card.
You can upload the registration certificate on the Edit Vehicle page and the title deed on the Edit Property page; an uploaded document opens from the button in the page header.
The input areas on the date cards stand out more.

You can add a signature to your mail account: in the account settings, type plain text or HTML into the Signature section, or copy your signature from Outlook or Gmail and paste it there. It is added to new mail, replies and forwards on its own.
New Full Screen and Print buttons while reading a message.

You can remove the date on the date cards of vehicle and property pages: tap the × button next to the date. No reminders come for an insurance or subscription you did not renew; any uploaded document stays. (Feedback)
A new Payment Date field on MTV installments: picking the payment date marks the installment as paid, and uploading the receipt is optional. You can remove the payment with ×.
Deleting an MTV receipt no longer removes the payment.
On IOS, fixed PDF buttons not responding after asking for a new report while one was open.

On vehicle and property pages the details card and the note card sit side by side, and long labels such as subscription numbers stay on one line.

Tapping a task or reminder on the Overview now opens it directly. (Feedback)
A new Plan Usage card on My Profile shows with rings how much of your plan you have used. Its Record History section shows how much of the service or building dues and expense limit is left for each vehicle and property.
When you come back to the app after a while, your information syncs, and the screen says "Updating your information" while it does. On a very slow connection you can try again or continue with what's on screen.
If a record changes on another device while you have its form open, a warning appears above the form: Load the latest version or Keep my draft.
Vehicle photos are kept on your device: they are not downloaded again every time and show even when you're offline.
Fixed documents and vehicle photos not opening when the app had been open for a long time or came back from the background.
Some older records showed a Download button with no document and would not let you add one; these fields now show Upload Document.
Trying to download a document while offline now shows a connection warning without a long wait.
Documents you download open as soon as the download finishes. On Android, document downloads are fixed and files are saved to your Downloads folder.
On IOS, the download notification did not appear while the app was open; this is fixed.

September 27, 2026 (Mobile Version: 2.5.0)

Sign In with QR Code: sign in to boha.pro on your computer without typing a password. Click Sign In with QR Code on the sign-in page, then in the app tap Settings › Sign In with QR Code, scan the code on the screen and approve. If you scan the code with your phone's camera instead, the app opens straight to the approval screen.
A new Web Sessions card in Settings shows the browsers signed in to your account, so you can sign out any you do not recognize with one tap.
My Tasks and My Reminders are now separate pages: pick one from the bottom menu, and new records take the type of the page you are on.
The Overview has a separate card for tasks and for reminders.

September 24, 2026 (Web Version: 2.9.0)

A new Plan Usage card on My Profile shows with rings how much of your vehicle, property, task, reminder, note and mailbox limits you have used. It turns orange as you near a limit and red when it is reached.
The card's Record History section shows how much of the service or building dues and expense limit is left for each vehicle and property; the one closest to its limit comes first, and clicking its name opens its page.
The service, building dues and expense history headers on vehicle and property pages show how many more entries you can add.

September 24, 2026 (Web Version: 2.8.0)

Sign In with QR Code on the sign-in page: in the app on your phone, tap Settings › Sign In with QR Code and scan the code on the screen to sign in without typing a password. Works with version 2.5.0 of the app.
A new Web Sessions card in Settings lists the browsers signed in to your account with when they were last used, so you can sign out any you do not recognize. Web sessions unused for 30 days now close on their own.
An info (i) button on the Weather and CBRT Exchange Rates cards on the Overview. The weather now shows the city in your address first; if there is none, your browser location, and without location permission, Istanbul. (Feedback)

Reminders now have a page of their own: My Tasks lists your tasks and My Reminders your reminders, each with its own menu entry. You no longer pick a type when adding a record; it takes the type of the page you are on.
Overview has separate cards for tasks and reminders. The calendar view shows only the records of the page you have open; everything still appears under Upcoming Dates.

Dates that come round every year now have a "Renewed" button: traffic insurance, comprehensive insurance, inspection, DASK, home insurance, the mooring contract and the internet subscription move the date forward with one tap. For inspections and internet subscriptions you choose whether it is one year or two.
A cropping screen when you add a profile photo or a vehicle picture, so you pick the part you want.
Your profile photo shows up on your other devices right away.
Reminder notifications now arrive on the same days as the e-mails, not every day.
On IOS the number on the app icon is gone; a notification leaves a single mark that clears when you open the app.

September 17, 2026 (Web Version: 2.6.0)

Dates that come round every year now have a Renewed button beside them: traffic insurance, comprehensive insurance and inspection on a vehicle; insurance and the mooring contract on a boat; DASK, home insurance and the internet subscription on a property. The button opens a short confirmation and moves the date forward a year; for inspections and internet subscriptions you choose whether it is one year or two.
You no longer have to open the record and type the date yourself. Your documents and the rest of the record stay as they are only the date changes.
Your mail is now fetched in the background: while the app is open your mailbox is checked every few minutes, and new mail turns up in the list without you touching anything.
The refresh button now also updates the folder you are looking at; it used to check the inbox alone. While it works the icon spins, and the time of the last check is shown next to it.

16 September 2026 (Web Version: 2.5.0)

The Overview now has a CBRT exchange rates card next to the weather: the Turkish lira value of USD, EUR, GBP and QAR, from the Central Bank's daily bulletin. Rates are published on business-day afternoons and apply to the following day.
The card shows the banknote selling rate, the closest to what banks charge; for QAR, which has no banknote rate, it shows the foreign exchange selling rate.
You can turn the rates card and the weather on or off separately in Settings; when one is off, the other fills the whole row.

13 September 2026 (Web Version: 2.4.0)

Turn a note into a task or a reminder in one click: use the icons at the bottom left of the card, and the title, content and reminder date are filled in for you.
When you create a task from an email, the description no longer fills up with image and link addresses; the readable text of the message comes across in clean lines.
Task and reminder details now show the type, date and days left side by side on one line, so you can take them in at a glance.
The icons for creating a task are now green, and the section you are in is highlighted more quietly in the left menu.

13 September 2026 (Web Version: 2.3.0)

You can now drag your notes into any order you like. The order is saved, and your notes show up in the same order on your other devices.
Pinned notes keep their own section at the top, and you decide the order of both sections. A new note goes to the top of its section, and editing a note doesn't move it.
Note colors in the dark theme have been refreshed livelier and easier to tell apart.

13 September 2026 (Mobile Version: 2.3.1)

On IOS, the number on the app icon now shows what is waiting: your overdue records plus the ones due this week.
While a date is close, the reminder arrives every day; delete it by accident and it is back tomorrow.
A record whose date has passed keeps reminding you for three more days, then goes quiet.
Added a short note reminding you that you can use Reminder from your computer, where there are features the app doesn't have.

12 September 2026 (Web Version: 2.2.1)

Your unread mail count now sits on the Mail row in the left menu. It refreshes on its own you no longer have to reload the page to see that mail has arrived.
The mail account window has been reorganised: incoming (IMAP) and outgoing (SMTP) settings now sit side by side with a divider between them. The whole form fits on one screen, even on smaller displays.
Search boxes got a clear button; one tap empties what you typed. It is there in Mail, in the lists and in the expense history.
The screen that explains Mail is on the paid plans is simpler now, and says on one line how many mailboxes each plan connects.

11 September 2026 (Web Version: 2.2.0)

Mail has arrived on the web app: connect your own mailbox and read, reply to and forward your messages here, or write a new one with attachments. It comes with the paid plans; if you get stuck connecting, the "Click for help" link on the form walks you through it.
Turn a message into a task or a reminder in one click the subject and the body are filled in for you.
File an attachment a policy, an inspection report, an invoice straight onto your vehicle or property record, and set the renewal date while you're there.
Task and reminder descriptions now hold 3,000 characters, enough for a whole thread.
The task, reminder and note windows are wider, so long text is easier to read and edit.

Sign-in and sign-up pages have been redesigned: a brand panel on the left, a simpler form on the right, with the Google and Apple buttons side by side.
A 7-day weather card has been added to the Overview page. It follows your location if you allow it, or the city in your profile if you don't; you can turn it off under Settings › Preferences.
Overdue / This Week / 30 Days badges in the left menu: your upcoming-date counts are visible on every page, update automatically and take you to the Overview.

The web interface has been rebuilt from the ground up: moving between pages is now instant, with no reloads.

The web interface is now available in English; you can switch languages using the button in the top right corner.
Language preferences are saved on your device; as they are also linked to your account, emails and notifications will arrive in your selected language.

Agreements can now be viewed without signing in; confirmation links on the registration screen have been fixed.
